Will they fit

I found some IH combine tires 14.9x24 on rims they are 8 bolt rims. Will these IH rims bolt up to the Allis Chalmers WD-45 8 bolt centers?
I know the Gleaner combine tires and rims will work but I found these IH ones for a good deal and I am desperate for tires and possible rims.

Yes they should fit, you might have to turn them out wide to get clearence.
I have 18.4 X 26's off a JD 55 and a JD 3300 on one of my WD45's and D17
 
You will be quite under-tired for a WD45. That's the proper size for an early WC. Even the later WCs had larger tires than that. Double check & make sure they are not 14.9x26. Even that would be better. Kip
 
especially the valve stem! I just tried some combine rims on mine and dished in they would fit but the valve stem would hit. Dished out some of them can get quite wide.
 
A 14.9 x 26 tire and rim from a 95 John deere combine will bolt right on with no modifications. I've even seen 18.4 x 26 fit right on but they are too big for a WD loose too much power I think.
 
Yes they will fit. The 14.9x26 is a little short on the WD-45 and slow it down some. 18.4-26 are a little big but 16.9x26 are a good match. If you can find a set of wheels off a 4400 JD combine that are dished out, You will still be able to plow with it, It will but the wheels closer to the fenders. here is a pic we are picking them up tomorrow for a really fair price. I will keep looking for better ones and if these bolt up it will let me drive the tractor around and not just sit there on a rotted out rim.
