175 3 point problem

I just got my 175 home today and started looking at the 3 point. The people I bought it from said the arms wouldn't stay down. I unhooked the traction booster linkages as that solved the same problem on my 185 a few years ago, but didn't on the 175. Anyone have any ideas? If I stand on the arms I can get them to go down, but even with the lever in the neutral position they come up on there own. Any help would be great!!!

your tracton booster valve is sticking. when my was acting up i took the cover off the back and tapped it farward as far as it goes

Is that the traction booster system relief valve? Did you just unscrew it and tap it forward? Thanks for your help!
