CA-B flywheel and ring gear

Can I swap these flywheels and not get into trouble. Both have 90T. The one on the right comes off a CA that is locked up. The one on the left is from a B that I am going to use. The B had a dry wick, bushing looks worn, and some teeth are mared. The CA weighs more but is in good shape.

If you wanted to put a D14 moter in your ca that flywheel will fit that one too,
I put a d14 motor in a c no problem

Paintjar, You mention, "it had a dry wick". What does that mean? I have my Grandfathers B and new to this stuff. Thanks. Larry in New York.

DoneDeere, The wick is referring to a fiber wick in the end of the crankshaft which "wicks" engine oil to the pilot bushing to lube it. A dry wick means no oil transfer to pilot bushing. Likely caused by engine not running for long enough to cause oil to evaporate from the wick Tim
