As far as I know all the G gas machines ran GMC 350ci V8 gas engines mainly because the G is a big machine and needed over 100hp just to function the Buda 262 couldn't deliver that. The later F2 ran the 292 Inline 6 GMC to get to the rated 95hp replacing the 262. Eventually the gas engine was phased out. As far as what the the GMC 350 would fit? I'm guessing you know that answer but just about every GM vehicle using a V-8 from the mid 60's thru the early 2000s.
 
ct. I have a chance to buy a couple engines cheap. the diesel will work for later, just wondering what the g engine would fit in.thanks for your time.
