8N bush hog fit of AC WD?

What adaptors would I need for a bush hog currently mounted on a Ford 8N with hydraulic hitch to fit on a WD with a snap coupler?

You would either have to convert the WD to a 3 point system or convert the hog to a snap coupler type set up. There is pretty much no other way to do it
