My W.D. has developed a clunk in the rearend area, what should i start looking for? Took of brush hog and it"s still there so i think it"s comming from axle area.

A lot of clunks in the rear end seem to be related to loose wheels. Make sure all the adjusters are tight on the spin out wheels. Also check the wheel to axle bolts.

It is unlikely, but possible that there is a broken tooth in the finals or a bad bearing.

My C had worn shims on the rims. Bad clunck.
You have a different set up on the WD45 but I would also check all the wheels.
