I am looking at a d19 Lp tractor, very good tires and wheels,left hood sheet metal missing. Owner says it ran last year and tried to start it this summer. whem I looked at it the rain cap was in the "up" position and engine won't turn over with the fan blade.Overall the tractor looks strait and clean. How many LP's were made? What would be a fair price for this tractor with a 3 bottom mounted plow? Thanks, Rich
