Greetings and a safe and productive Labor Day to all.
My 45 pump started to act odd, wouldn't unload, and wouldn't let the lift lower. Looking through the archives The normal cause of this is spring breakage and migration of pieces into valve bores.
I removed the pump and disassembled it and it indeed has spring issues
#1 the check valve spring is broken
#2 the third discharge spring is broken
So I am in need of
1 Check valve spring
4 discharge valve springs
1 Unloading valve spring
4 Pump plunger springs
1 Control valve spring
(The Linkage loading spring looks unharmed)
4 Discharge plug seals
1 Pump to Oil cavity gasket
1 Front Cover to valve body gasket
1 Rearcover to valve body gasket
1 Adapter plate to valve body gasket
2 Lowering control valve O rings
2 Unloading valve O rings
1 Volume control adjustment screw seal
My email is open, contact me privatly if you can supply the requested parts with price and shipping to 73401
Thanks TimOk1 from the Rocking TJC
