Where could a person find good used, NOS, or reproduction injector lines for a 45 deisel?

Have you tried your nearest AGCO dealer? I just put 2 new lines on my D17D and they were still available from AGCO. Cost $75 ea. I know the 45D has a different pump though. I have also heard that you can buy the lines in bulk and cut and bend to fit. On the D17D with a Roosa Master pump, they have banjo fittings on the pump end, but the injectors have a compression nut. I'm pretty sure the PSB pump on the 45D has the same nuts on the pump end as the injector end. Those nuts are available along with the compression ring new from AGCO. Check with a diesel pump shop to see if they can get bulk line.
