I've got a D19 propane that is blowing oil out of the power steering and no power steering action. The fluid looks foamy like it's got air in it but none shows up when I crack the lines to bleed them. Any ideas?

There is a possibility that someone put high detergent motor oil in the system instead of non detergent or hydraulic fluid. I made that mistake once on my D-17. The fluid turned white and came out every where it could. If it foams too much, you will probably loose steering as well. The foam acts more like air than oil and can't give you much or any power. I'd drain all that you can out of it and fill it either with 30 non detergent or a good grade of hydraulic fluid before doing anything else. It may be all that you need.
