HD7G Trans hydrolic filter air bubbles in fluid

I bought this machine the man said it was getting water in the trans/Hydrolic oil I replaced 1 filter but acording to the book it has 2 and have the other but can't find the housing is it under the machine? It runs moves forward and back but gets air bubbles in the system. Seems to me it is pulling air in around the gasket of a plugged filter/ housing. I have drained and replaced fluid a small amount of water but nothing of consern.

I dismantled 2 HD7 and I think he has 1 oil filter and 1 strainer but not sure.
