i recently bought a "53 wd-45 I was wondering if it is possible to put power steering on it. andhow big of a job would it be.

After market Charlyn power steering was a popular option. It can be a pretty big job but one that can be done in a weekend of steady work. A factory power steering setup would be good too.

Bill Deppe in Maquoketa, IA should be able to supply anything that you would need. be prepared to spend from $500 to $800 for the parts.
