"C" it is! I'll have to look at those numbers. Is this tractor good for anything. I mean, can it work, say in a garden. Can it be adapted to a three point hitch set-up and is it capable of pulling a plow. Looks like it was basically set up for cultivation with sweeps.

Tom, If it has hydraulics and the original draw bar, yes, it can be adapted to a 3-point hitch system. I just put a Worksaver (www.worksaver.com) 3-point hitch on my A-C Model B, which is a narrow, 1 row version of your Model C. It fits great, was easily installed, works great, good installation manual, and was of good quality. Cost was about $525 through my local dealer. This is not cheap, but it allows me to use all of my 3-point hitch implements that I already have for my Kubota.

Restoration Story: 1951 Farmall H - by The Red (John Fritz). I have been a collector of Farmall tractors since 1990 when I first obtained part of the family farm in Eastern Indiana. My current collection includes a 1938 F20, 1945 H, 1946 H, and the recently purchased 1951 H. This article will focus on what I encountered and what I did to bring the 1951 NEAR DEATH Farmall H back to life.
