I have a 1949 WD that has an excellent motor but the transmission needs replaced due to a mechanic's mistake. I was wondering what a motor sells for in case I decide to sell it and whether I should sell it on the frame or if it would be better to part out the frame.
I recently purchased a 1953 WD, I have several other spare WD parts purchased at an auction, and was mulling over the ideas of either keeping the motor as a spare or parting out or selling outright the 49. Anyone have some good advice?
