FM J problem???

I have this mag with new points, condensor and coil Runs an hour and quits. No idea to me what is wrong. ?

Get an in line flashing plug tester, extend any plug wire to where its visible and use it til it quits. Plug still firing? Just because you have "new" parts doesn't mean they are good.

make sure you have gas. it cools off for an hour then restarts, right? if thats the case, change out the condenser again and then try it.

Most of the time if it runs and hour and dies its a bad coil. I have seen more then one new coil be bad. Things now days are not made like they where 50 years ago. The moment it dies check for spark. If you have a good blue/white spark then look for a fuel problem
