It is a 39 B, after running for about 15 minutes it will sputter a few times then die. I have rebuilt carb., re-routed the fuel line away from engine, cleaned the fuel tank, added lead subs. to fuel, put on new sediment bowl, new plugs,checked rotor and cap. After an hour it will start on 2nd crank and run for another 15 mins. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

If you pull the choke and it does not extend the run time any then it is time to check the coil.

Distributor or mag?? If it has a distributor it could be a bad ignition switch, bad condenser or a bad coil. If its a mag then its either a bad condenser or bad coil in the mag

When it dies pull the plug wire and check for spark. If no spark you know where to look next.

What about a plugged vent in the fuel cap causing it to draw a vacuum? Just a thought.
