| My Dad Worked for Minneapolis Moline |
My dad, Ova Lewis, worked as an iron molder for B. F. Avery company and then MM bought out the company in Louisville, KY. My dad loved working as a molder and he would always tell stories how each piece of work was special for him because his hands helped make a workable farm product. He became very ill in 1951 and for three years no other company could have treated an employee as caring as MM did. I am proud that my dad worked for such a great institution.
