Dorsey Stump Puller | DEAR SIR, I AM THE GRANDSON OF THE FOUNDER OF DORSEY TRAILERS LOCATED IN SOUTH ALABAMA. MY GRANDFATHER GOT HIS START AS A FORD CAR, TRUCK, AND FARM TRACTOR DEALER AROUND 1908 IN ENTERPRISE, AL DURING THAT TIME HE INVENTED A STUMP PULLER THAT WAS MOUNTED ON THE BACK OF A FORDSON TRACTOR. THIS PULLER WAS PRODUCED THROUGH THE TWENTIES AND THIRTIES AND INTO THE FORTIES AS A RUBBER TIRE TOWABLE MACHINE. THE STUMP PULLER WAS SOLD IN THE EASTERN USA, CANADA, EAST CENTRAL EUROPE AND RUSSIA.I AM INTRESTED IN ANY INFO RELATED TO THE DORSY STUMP PULLER AND WOULD LIKE TO FIND AN OLD PULLER TO RESTORE.
