What is it? | I recently discovered an old Allis Chalmers road leveler or grader. It appears to be nearly complete. 4 cylinder gas engine with magneto. Red in color but not bright red, sort of orangeish red. Appeers to be 3 speed transmission. Large tractor rear tires and the front seems to have 15 inch car tires fairly far apart. WhAT is UNTIQUE, there is a blade running from side to side under the trans as if it was used to level a road. There are 2 huge manually turned wheels, one on each side of the steering wheel. These work and change the adjustment of the blade raise or lower. There is also a crank located in front of the equipment. This seems to adjust the camber of the front wheels, I'm guessing ??? There is no 3-pt. PTO as a farm tractor would have. What is the model of this equipment and is it worth restoring. I recently discovered an old Allis Chalmers road leveler or grader.
