This isn's so much a story as it is a product of me having too much spare time. Mabey a good-old-boy country band will put a tune to it and make me lots of money.Old John Deere Gonna get on my tractor and drive it all around. Gonna hook up the plow and drag it on the ground. My old John Deere is the best around. Another one like her just cant be found. Well no one drives her but me not any other feller She's got big tires and rims painted yeller Love my old John Deere and I never would sell her Cuz when it comes to tractors why, shes a heller. Well me and old John Deere we're quite a pair She one me first prize at the county fair People walkin past would just stop and stare and run their fingers through their hair....Wow Now the day she dies I'ma weep and frown yeah I'll pound my fists upon the ground but I'll always remember that bitter sweet sound of her engine a purrin and those wheels spinnin round.....Ollld..Jooohn...Deeeeeeeere..
