Young One Bleeding Green | Hello my name is Tom Lewis and I'm 19 years old. I live in a small town of Fowler, CA. We harvest raisins out here in the San Jaquin Valley. This past year I have jumped into the hobby. I have a model M, LA, R,& 70 D Standard currently. I also have close to 100 JD toys. My grandfather got me started in this hobby when I was young and last January we finally got the model M. I bought the R for my grandfather for Christmas. My ultimate goal is to have a tractor from each series ( letter, #, 20, 30 series). I'd like a 420 either U, S, or W and a 730 standard or WF (I won't get this one for a while). I'll proabbly end up w/ 6 or 7 tractors when its all said and done and then I'll worry about keeping them up and restoring them. I have had an absolute blast looking for the tractors I want and putting them to work out. This is a great site, just thought I'd tell my story. I'm still awaiting the arrival of the R and 70, but they should be hear soon. Tom Lewis, CA, entered 2005-02-09 My Email Address: Not Displayed |
