Very clean would make me suspicious... it is a 30+ year old British built David Brown, they leak. If it doesn't either there is no oil in it, someone has hidden all the leaks by some questionable method, or someone has taken good care of it.
Good points, excellent on fuel, has the large journal crank, heavy front end.
Bad points, it was built during a time when case was trying hard to make a DB look like the big Cases. Hydraulics can be an issue if maintenance was sketchy(powershift too if it so equipped).
