Been doing it for a decade now. #1 get an egg turner your money and head aches ahead if you do. Make sure you get the incubator up to heat at 98 degrees and it hold that for at least a week. To store the eggs for putting in store them at room temp. When you have enough to fill the turner put them in. Make sure you keep the correct amount of water in the tray and it helps to spray them once a day to help keep them as if a hen was sitting on them. I have 24 or so right behind me in a rubber made storage thing I use as a brooder and have a number of eggs waiting for there time in the incubator
