Animal,I'm not sure if it is the right way but it works for us and we have the same type incubator you are talking about.Heres how we do it.We usually put the eggs that we gather in the afternoon straight in the incubator but we have left them at room temp for up to three days and had good results. we usually number them so if we add more we can keep up with the oldest to the newest.we dont turn them the first three days and after the third day they get turned once in the morning and once at night.A word of caution,keep plenty of water in the incubator or the egg shell will be so dry and hard that the chick cant get out and will die.
