So I am planning on purchasing the 4 arces next to my home. It is almost totally clear and has had stock on it for long time up to 3 years ago. Thought I might grow hay on it as the Po did each spring for one crop before he moved his stock to it. Mostly just fescue I think. should I try to convert it over to something more to sell to te horse lovers or am I just xxxxxing in the wind.
