I've used the cheapest, regular gas I can find in my Super M and Oliver 1650 and 1850. For heavy work (plowing), add CD2 lead substitute but otherwise add nothing except Stabil for winter storage. Been doing this for 20+ years with no valve problems and only an occasional fouled plug in cold weather/light loads.
