The ONLY connection ever with Kioti and KUBOTA was When we finished the run on the old l2850 tractors the molds and drawings for that tractor were sold to a group of KOREAS for domestic use there in korea. They liked the tractor so well they started copying the design and that is where we are today. There have been several lawsuits back and forth and most won by kubota, eaven as to the shade of orange paint.
