: I have a small pine tree farm w/ about 5 acres of grass to cut. I need a tractor with a front loader, auger, and belly mower.
: I have looked at the JD 970, Kubota L3600, and Boomer 1925. I think these are all about in the same class, although the boomer is smaller and lighter. I also think I need 4wd.
: Which do you think is better or more suited for my purpose?
: What is a good price for each?
: Thank you for your help.

Give us a few more details, what size auger will you be using, is the 5 acres to be mowed in the pines or in the open, how groomed do you intend to keep the mowed area and what is the terrain like. Personally, I am mowing about5 acres (big yard), tried the 6' finishing mower behind my tractor, spent to much time circling around trees, sold it and bought a zero turn 20 h.p. commercial mower. So much fun to drive, my wife even offers to help. Bonehead
