I'm not sure what make this grader is Mike, but i'm hoping to find something to tell me on it. I would like to restore it and then possibly donate it to the local heritage society/antique tractor club my dad belongs to. These graders seem to be pretty popular and sell for a good price, I saw one for $1200 in a buy and sell newspaper.
