Depends on what model baler and how fast you want to get done. We have run our CaseIH 3650 soft-core baler with an 806, 1256, 1086, and now it goes on the 2590 Case. All tractors ran it just fine, the 806 would blow smoke from about 3/4 of a bale until it was done. Even the 2590 will bellar a little bit when the bale gets full. I would hate to try anything less than 90 horse on it, personally...
