Brian I considered belt starting my 15 30 but when I engage the pulley it still free wheels . I thought there was a problem with the pulley gear so I checked my fathers 10 20 and it does the same thing. I know my fathers pulley is good because he uses it on his threshing machine every year . When you engage the pulley with the engine not running should it not lock up to the engine? thanks Mike
