You might look at www.cadplans.com. The offer plans for an articulated tractor and links to a company that pre-cuts and kits up teh necessary parts. Don't know the size, but it is probably more like 15hp or so. Kind of neat with hydraulic drives to the wheels. Also say an articulated tractor with an aircooled diesel engine at the Brooks annual steamup last summer. They were made in Italy about 30 years ago. Were about 25-30 hp.
