dont know how into fab work you want to get but you could take some heavy wall2 inch square tube,come out of the reciever on the truck then go at a 90* right angle along the outside of the bumper, then drop a bracket down from the right frame rail and out to the tubing and using a piece of heavy wall c channell make it so it pins to the 2 inch tubing that would take the stress off the angle at the trucks reciever, and let you pull as far to the right as praticle, the whole thing would pin on with 2 hitch pins one at the reciever tube the other at the c channell , just a idea
