Hot Shot is good stuff, get the promo special of the stiction eliminator, friction reducer and Diesel extreme. My truck was smoking and when I first start it in cold weather it would shudder for awhile then clear up. After adding Hot shot I started it up and let it idle for about 20 minutes and the engine was quieter so I took it for a 24 mile drive and withing 10 miles it stopped smoking, ran smoother and seem to have more power. I thought to myself there's no way it worked that fast, so the next morning it was in the low 30's and I went out and started it up and I was amazed how smooth it ran and no shuddering and best of all was not smoking.
