Shooting a firearm towards a dwelling is a felony.....Yep. Common sense should be observed at all times when discharging a firearm, including compound bows. But, as we know common sense is not always used when hunters are on the prowl for venison. And, Of course permission has to be granted by the land owner for a person to hunt there, if not then it is trespassing. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
