Used to use pneumatic timers in control panels before PLC's took over. They could be set to delay closing the contacts on the application of power. Delay opening the contacts in the application of power. Delay closing the contacts on the removal of power. Or delay opening the contacts on the removal of power. Probably some in a relay control catalog somewhere? Just spin the little thumb wheel to vary the timing.
