I have a Quincey compressor with full pressure lubrication, it even has an oil pressure gauge. I"ve used Mobil 1 for 30 years, with no problems. at 30 below zero, in an unheated garage, the gauge shows full oil pressure in about 3 seconds,(before the compressor even gets up to full speed)
