Try ereplacementparts.com. Do a part number search if you are lucky enough to have it, if not use the model number and give it a try.
That chuck will be the same one used on many different applications, so if you know the diameter of the arbor and the thread per inch you should be able to find a generic one easily enough.
May not have it listed by model number for equipment thats too old, but hey, it's worth a shot. Good luck sir....
