Not a Ford but my Dodge has done that twice for me. Once when I was not in the vehicle. I was out opening the door to the shop and it took off like a raped ape but by the time I got back to the vehicle it had slowed back down to normal. Other time I was parked in vehicle talking to some guys and it took off for a couple seconds but before I could turn key off it came back down. This is with a new idle control motor. Both times was with warmed engine after driving several miles. It is some glitch in system telling idle motor to open but it left no codes. I have had door locks go up and down when I use turn signals a few times about 6 years ago but never happened again. Really no different than this computer locking up now and then. That is why the space shuttle always used back up computers and even then more than one of them would act up at same time.
