I do not think you need a fan for a building that small. I have always just provided low vents on one side of the building and high vents on the other and convection will do the work if it is hot in the building. Chickens in cold weather need a "well ventilated draft free environment" which is kind of a head-scratcher to me but I would think that a fan would make more draft than would be ideal. Zach
