I just got a Wisconsin V4 not sure what model it is as its hard to find the engine tag , looks like a later model as it has belt driven altenator and alloy heads. It also has a stuck exhaust valve been trying to free it up with chemicals,Kroil, etc. I do know it may be best to pull head and remove valve, clean but concerned about the head bolts breaking. Is there a tool that reaches in thru plug hole to push down the exhaust valve without removing head? Also is there a location where the engine tag is found? Thanks. Jack
