GE prez and GE corporate is a major campaign contributor to Barack Obama. So....GE gets preferential treatment, tax breaks no one else is offered, and union cooperation (as in ordering the mindless lemmings under their spell to do whatever GE wants for now)
New hires don't get the same benefits as old GE employees, lower wages too. Quality of the products they're now pushing out the door is respectable, but far from excellent. However, it is good to see some jobs returning to the US, even if they are created for now as a method of buying votes
