I'm still trying to figure how they pack the darned things into that case at the factory! I like to keep the cardboard box that a lot of tools come in and put the tool back in the box for storage, but they have figured that if they leave off a piece or two and let the customer assemble it, they can use a smaller box, soooo, when I get everything together, it won't go back into the box! NC Wayne is 100% correct! So many people complain to everyone except the manufacturer. Nothing wrong with voicing your opinion to others, but if you don't contact the factory directly, they won't know of your dissatisfaction.
