And here are the standard acetylene cylinder sizes: WTL - 390 FT3 - 12.5" outside diameter - 44-3/8" tall WK - 304 FT3 - 12-7/8" outside diameter - 42" tall WSL - 130 FT3 - 8.5" outside diameter - 33.5" tall WS - 130 FT3 - 8.5" outside diameter - 35.5" tall WC - 111 FT3 - 8.5" outside diameter - 37.5" tall WQ - 60 FT3 - 7-5/8" outside diameter - 24-1/4" tall B - 40 FT3 - 6-1/4" outside diameter - 23" tall MC - 10 FT3 - 4" outside diameter - 14" tall Again, the height includes the cylinder cap. The R oxy and MC acet are common sizes for the portable torch sets. The B Acet is common in the plumbing trades for air/acet soldering of copper joints. If you do a lot of cutting, you want a larger oxy cyl. I haven't measured mine but I think they are the WS acet and K oxy. Rod

On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
