From hours and hours of searching I think this is the way it works. Governor is replaced with angle distributor drive and velocity governor mounted between carb and manifold. Governor gear has 24 teeth as does the angle drive on the distributor. But governor gear is hollow and mounts on shaft in timing cover. I have a feeling the v mount drive was not supplied by Wisconsin. I would really like to know if there was such and animal and who supplied it. Thanks much!
