I felt the carb was set right. When cranking over the engine I could see the sediment bowl fill full of fuel quickly so I knew it was getting gas to the carb. I thought about blowing out the fuel line from the fuel pump back to the tank incase there was an intermintit blockage. Looking at I felt the carb was set right. Looking at where the line in connected to the tank I discovered a shut off valve. This valve is not visible unless you put your head down under the machine. I turned the valve to see what position it was in and discovered it was almost closed. where the line in connected to the tank I discovered a shut off valve. This valve would have had to have vibrated closed over the years until it got too closed. I forgot there was a valve down there. I had the entire machine apart 20 years ago. Runs again like a million bucks.
