Hi, I am wondering if anyone has read in an IH book the reason behind the Brass crank handle on the 1945 LB engines? I have heard of brass hopper covers also. I have heard people say the reason was the end of the war, or the 10 yr production anniversay of the LA & LB engines. With that being said how much more is a 1945 LB worth with a brass crank handle? I would assume it depends on how bad I want the engine. Thanks
