This has happened to a couple of people over the years. The photos presented in the photo ads are named such that adware software (or security suites) realize that the photo is an ad. As a result, the software will block it's display. If you have some sort of software like that on your PC, exclude the tractorshed.com server from having that check performed. Since I don't use software like that, I'm not sure the details of how you do it.
I'm not sure that is what your problem is, but there aren't any general problems with people viewing the ads that I know of.
