I don't get that on any of the machines I have available, but I always run default settings for history and cache on browsers. The page expires in your browsers cache, meaning it deletes it off your disk drive rather than saving it like it would be default, then since that is the output of a web form, it's got some setting to tell it to not ask our server again. I can't say much about how those settings are done since they are different on different browsers.
One thing you could do to see if this is your browser, is to fire up another browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try Firefox or Chrome and the problem will most likely disappear. Most likely it is browser settings for cache or history. If so, changing the cache size up (or turning it on if it's off) should fix the problem. There could be other settings too that let you say what types of pages to cache and what types to drop, but again it's dependent on what type of browser you use.
Depending on browser, this could also happen because of a security setting. Some may have options that prevent web form output from being cached. That is set up that way for online purchases or anytime someone is concerned that someone else will walk up to their computer and look through the history of their browsing. This is all dependent on the browser too, but on one browser, it's called "Private Browsing" and if it's on, you can't redisplay any output from a web form. It will expire all such pages immediately.
