If you can rotate the engine with the transmission in neutral you can try to get the engine running. Get a fully charged battery. Note how the old battery was installed. If it's a 6 volt battery it's probably positive grounded. If it's 12 volts it would be negative grounded.
Check the engine oil and coolant level in the radiator. Drain any old gas if it has any and pour in fresh gas. Remove the distributor cap and rub the points with some 320 wet or dry. Open the shutoff valve at the tank and turn the ignition switch on then see if the engine will start. If there's an FFA in your area they may be able to help you get it running.
